The first step is a meeting with one of our recruitment consultants to introduce you to our recruitment process and to identify your needs, requirements and priorities for finding a new talent for your company. Throughout the year, we carry out active research by sourcing at universities, colleges and participating to job fairs. We announce job vacancies on our Jobs page and leverage in parallel with the use of partner recruitment websites.
In addition to this, we own a solid Talent Pool made up of the best candidates in Belgium. Our digital communication campaigns allow us to have a targeted presence on social networks, which facilitates the attraction of the most qualified profiles. Ranging from graduates to young professionals with up to 5 years of experience who are looking for opportunities to start or pursue their career in challenging and valuable positions.
Pre-screening
It’s through online interviews that our recruitment consultants proceed with the evaluation of each talent’s profile, resume and competencies using a structured reviewing methodology.
The objective will be to verify the relevant information shared by the candidates and to understand their expectations regarding the job position they would like to reach. Our talents are then classified by expertise area, depending on their previous experiences, skills and studies.
Comparative analysis and selection
During the comparative analysis process we will determine the best candidates to fulfill the role based on inputs from on the one hand the candidate and on the other hand the company.
When the best qualified candidates have been identified and are very much interested in the position, they will be shortlisted by our recruitment consultant who will explain them the role in much further detail. This to see if not only the candidate’s qualifications and skills match the role, but can their attitude match the values of the company too. The final selection of talents will then be shared with our client to proceed with internal interviews.
Placement & follow-up
Following a successful interview, our recruitment consultant will be available to guide you in defining the most adequate salary package to ensure the placement of the candidate. Once the successful candidate is placed, at the end of the recruitment process, you will be able to evaluate the quality of our services for continuous improvement purposes.
